We are now providing the COVID-19 Vaccine to our patients!
Currently, we are giving the Moderna vaccine only and are authorized to provide this vaccine to individuals 65 and older, first responders and law enforcement personnel, healthcare workers, and teachers, among others. You may check eligibility at State of Idaho Vaccine Rollout Plan. Please be advised that you MUST be available to receive the second dose in four weeks from the time of the first dose of Moderna.
We are working closely with the Southeast Idaho Public Health Department to administer vaccines as quickly as they are available. Allocations are being given a week at a time so we will be scheduling on Tuesday for our vaccine clinic on Friday. Please call 208-238-1000 if you are interested in scheduling for the vaccine or being placed on a wait list.
